The photographs reproduced on this site are the work of Joaquín Tusquets de Cabirol and are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or transformation requires express written authorisation.

Ownership

The economic rights are held by the Joaquín Tusquets de Cabirol Photographic Archive. Some materials carry additional rights held by the institutions that house them — in particular, the Museu Marítim de Barcelona for the negatives kept in its holdings.

Request procedure

Reproduction requests are handled through the archive's institutional contact. Please include: the requesting institution, outlet or researcher; a description of the project and its purpose; the images requested (identified by inventory number where possible); the medium, print run or distribution; the publication or exhibition dates; and your contact details.

Unauthorised use

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use of the images without express written authorisation constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights recognised by applicable law. The archive reserves the right to take the corresponding legal action.

Technical note. The technical measures applied to this site (low resolution, compression, restricted downloads, visible credits, watermarks and embedded IPTC metadata) reduce the risk of misuse but do not eliminate it. The integrity of the archive rests, ultimately, on respect for the author's rights by those who access the work.
